The single set of industrial rubber roller monomer of large foreign industrial rubber roller companies is generally more than 5-100000 tons/year, and the largest single set of monomer devices is 200000 tons/year. The scale of domestic industrial rubber roller monomer is developing rapidly. The production capacity of a single unit of Xin'an Co., Ltd. has also exceeded 50000 tons/year, and it is also planned to build a single unit of 100000 tons/year in 2007. The spark chemical plant of Xingxin Materials has built a 50000-ton/year scale plant, and a 100000-ton/year monomer plant will be put into production in the second half of 2006.
The technology gap at home and abroad is narrowing. The technical problem of industrial rubber roller monomer production lies in how to ensure the stability of product quality and how to expand the scale of a single set of equipment.
