Dongguan Fengsheng Rubber Covered Roller Technology Co., Ltd. was found in 1992. And it specializes in manufacturing all kinds of rubber covered rollers. The company located beside Songshan Lake development zones, national high-tech industrial park, Liaobu town in Dongguan. After more than ten years development, at present company already has the skills and capabilities to specialize in manufacturing all kinds of rubber covered rollers. It owns many senior engineering technicians who long engage in producing polyurethane and rubber, and a group of skilled production workers. While company has continued to introduced advanced domestic and international technology, it brings in sets of professional equipments that made by rubber covered rollers, such as polyurethane casting machine continuous reaction still and vulcanizing plant. And it has brings in rubber coating machine and full-automatic vulcanizing tank with advanced technology from Europe and America in recent years. From axis manufacturing to rubber covered roller moulding and finally processing-polishing, the whole process strictly controls the quality, and has impeccable detection means, which make company’s products competitive and win the support and trust of customers.
Company has manufacturing, dyeing and finishing, off-set printing and glue-bag printing, steelmaking and tin-making, steel, plastic, papermaking, electron, wood industry and industrial rubber covered rollers in other mechanical industry. Meanwhile it’s specially formulated to solvent resistance, wear resistant, pressurization, oil resistance, heat-resisting and other kinds of rubber covered rollers, so as to meet customer requirements. To remain competitive in the market and own advancement in the industry, raw materials all use imported (United States, Japan, Germany) nitrile rubber buna（NBR）, ethylene propylene diene monomer（EPDM）rubber and mulling silica gels and others. Specially the polyurethane materials and products keep ahead of Pearl River Delta.
